Welcome to Brining Photography - the website of photographer Andy Brining and associates.

A previous “life” as a theatre lighting designer helped to understand light, form and texture and I spent many years photographing the various productions and events I worked on (always a challenge under sometimes low artificial light levels!) before leaving the lighting industry to set up Brining Photography

Our work now covers a wide range of projects including corporate & commercial, portrait & wedding, and stage & event photography. Some examples of recent work can be found in the 'gallery' section of this website, although most images are stored in the 'client galleries' area where a username and password may be required to view them. All work is shot digitally and professionally printed to allow a fast turnaround time coupled with excellent image quality.

Andy is a Licentiate of the British Institute of Professional Photography (LBIPP) the premier qualifying body for professional image makers in the UK. All BIPP registered members must display a high level of skill and conform to a strict code of conduct. From a client's point of view, booking a qualified member gives an assurance of quality and professionalism.

We are based in the Midlands but travel worldwide. (Particularly for foreign commissions!)
